Profession: Instructor in the Intensive English Program at UCA
Family: Married to Mike Schaefer and “mom” to Remus and Pepper (cats) and Davy (dog)
Hobbies: Bird-watching, gardening, reading, yoga
Preferred type of cycling: Road and around-town biking. I especially like organized rides like the Conway Fall Classic and the Big Dam Bridge.
Why CAB is important to me: It’s great to have a group that supports cyclists of all abilities and ages!
Other community activities: I’m a member of the Faulkner County Friends of the Library and try to help out with their book sales when possible. Also participate in the local Christmas Bird Count most years.
