Profession – Retired owner of Refurbished Office Panels, Inc.
Family – My wife Sherry and I have been married for 54 years. She
retired from Pulaski County government where she was Administrative
Assistant to County Judge “Buddy” Villines for 25 years while he built
The Big Dam Bridge, Alltel Arena, Two Rivers Park and so many other
projects. We have one son, Chris, who Loves Live Music and is the
owner, with his business partner Suzon, of Stickyz Rock and Roll Chicken
Shack and the Rev Room in Little Rock.
Hobbies – Cycling, following the Chicago Cubs and volunteering.
Preferred type of cycling – I have several types of bikes which gives me
the flexibility to ride what I want. I prefer trail or forest road but
I’m spending more time riding road lately.
Why CAB is important to me – CAB has given me the opportunity, through
the Conway Cycling Project, to help make sure that any kid or adult who
wants or needs a bike will have access to one.
Other community activities – Founder and past board chairman of Recycle
Bikes For Kids in Little Rock which during the 14 years of my
involvement gave away over 22,000 bikes.
